I am trying to update to the new Yule log software. I am getting an error message, "no fields were selected for import," after i put the backup file in the box and tried to upload it. what am I doing wrong?

I haven't experienced that, but I have a couple of questions that might help you.

1) Is your backup file size bigger than 0?
2) Have you tried creating another backup file using the previous version of Yulelog?
