Todd, in trying to catch up my entries for the last couple years, I'm finding a couple items missing from the program, or at least I can't find them. If they're there, I would love if you could let me know where else to look.

1. 2005 Local club Puppy Love ornament (black version of the Westie)

2. 2005 November VIP bag repaint of Santa's Magic Sack.

There are currently 2 threads on the ornament discussion board about this latter one that has 4 versions but only 3 listed in YuleLog. Taken from Diana's description in one of them, this is the one that is missing:

In the mean time, you can add them manually by going to the blue Ornament Details screen, and clicking on the NEW button. This will give you a blank form that you can fill in.

Right now there's one of the Nov. 2005 VIP Santa's Magic Sacks on ebay with a nice picture. It's listed by a nice YuleLogger.



Will this method also work (hoping so because that's what I did ): I simply chose the regular version ornament, or chose "duplicate" if I have both versions, and then went in and added "C" after the stock #. Is that going to get me in trouble somewhere down the line? I know the picture wouldn't be correct, but I could delete and replace it, I guess.

Should be OK,unless the special item has it's own number. They usually don't and I do as you did, and add the C. Just make yourself a note to check next year, and if the new photo does not show up, the delete and add the item from the price guide.

Were these 2 items added in the latest version? I'm particularly interested in the colorway/repaint 2005 Puppy Love?

I think so. What are their part numbers so I can check?

I don't think Hallmark normally creates a new part # for the repaints; so I was searching for the 2005 Puppy Love local club ornament repaint in the same way as I would normally search for the regular version which was #QX2312.

Now with the Santa's Magic Sack, there are 2 numbers, I guess since one's Caucasion and ones African-American: QXG4465 and the other's QXG4462. I could only still find 3 Santa's Magic Sacks in the program, and according to that thread from 2007 referred to above, there are 4. That one confuses me all the time as I can't remember which is which.

Sorry, but it looks like I'm still missing these two. Probably because we discussed it here and not via eMail. I put eMails about omissions and errors in a Things-to-Fix folder, and I must have forgotten this topic. I eMailed myself a reminder to fix it this time.

Will the graduation 2009 ornament be included in the Yulelog update due out in August? I just happened to run across the ornament in the store. I have not seen anything from Hallmark advertising it. It is a very nice photo holder.

I noticed that the Maxine's Merry Chris-mess 2007 ornament has KOC2007 for a number and not QXC7014 listed on the box is there a reason for this?

Yes, YuleLog 2009 went to the CD duplicator before this item was released and the box number became available. I had to put in a place holder number. Next year when YuleLog 2010 comes out, you will need to delete and re-add this item.
