Has anyone heard any details on who, what, how many of the repaint? So far I haven't seen any show up on eBay which is unusual.

So tell us the information you were able to glean.

Like all the others in this thread, I'm really not at liberty to reveal everything from my source. Sorry!

Like I said, it was only a "bit" of info, but I know a whole handful of people (not counting the ones already claimed on this thread, and not necessarily all store owners) who received one of these, making it hard to believe anything as small as 20. But who really knows for sure.

We had a meeting MONDAY night. Our private store owner(not a corporate store) showed this ornament at the meeting. It was sent from Hallmark as a gift. There was a greeting card enclosed that "Thanked " her for doing business with Hallmark.

I'm guessing that every Gold Crown store got one.

Can one of the individuals who has this piece please take a picture of it (both front and back) in front of a solid white background(similar to the pictures Hallmark posted in the For Keeps magazine)and then forward the pictures to me. As soon as I receive these pictures, I will have a little surprise.

Marc, IF you don't get pictures by tomorrow night or Fri. I will try to take a few and send . . . busy baking brownies (she wanted warm brownies & ice cream vs. cake LOL) for daughter b-day tonight but I did get off the hook for cooking as KFC is now her birthday dinner tradition and other commitments on tap for tomorrow and I've been up since 5:30 a.m. to get to the Department of Motor Vehicles for the dreaded Learner's Permit . . . sorry to ramble but I'll watch and IF humpdiddly or no one else sends pics I will.

Surprises intrigue me so you have my attention~! \:\) LOL

Terri,

Although I have seen Humpdiddly's earlier post with pictures for my purpose I need clearer head on pictures with white backgrounds.

Thanks for responding.

Heck for fresh brownies and ice cream I would draw the pictures myself. LOL

WOW! Is Sarah already old enough to start driving? Boy how time has flown by. It seems like just yesterday (although it was eleven years ago) that we were first meet and talked about your starting a collage fund for her and Stephen.

After your 2007 event costume I am very curious what your creativity might bring. How long will we have to wait?

I agree with StaceyN, can't wait to see what you come up with for the Christmas Window.

Marc, could it be a 2008 Dream Book Supplement in the making?

here is one on eBay. I'll be curious to see what it goes for. Since it is listed as repaint vs. our usual terminology of colorway . . .

THIS IS A WONDERFUL VERY RARE HALLMARK ORNAMENT, SIGNED BY ARTIST SUE TAGUE. IT IS A REPAINT MEANING IT IS IN DIFFERENT COLORS FROM THE ORIG. THIS WAS AN EXCLUSIVE GIFT FROM HALLMARK TO ME WITH A SIGNED THANK YOU CARD FOR GREAT SELLING PERFORMANCE. IT WAS ONLY OUT OF BOX FOR A MINUTE TO GET PICTURE.

I am soooo excited. I was able to purchase one of the Little Window-Shoppers repaint today from our Hallmark Shop owner. I had asked about it as soon as it was posted here and was told they would get back to me.
Since I had not heard anything, I forgot about it. I got the call this morning that I could come in a pick it up. It cost me $28.00. My Hallmark Shop owners are the BEST!! \:\)

WOW!! How lucky for you. That is GREAT!!

Some stores around here have no idea what this ornament is and they say they never had one. Makes me wonder if they just put it out on the shelf and someone purchased it.
