Is there a way to add a reminder note within the program? I've found that over the years ornaments are released after the yearly update of Yulelog. Since they cannot be listed in the database until the next years' update, I have to pack away notes to myself along with my printed inventory lists, to add them next year. If the note gets lost, they don't get listed. Would it be possible to add a field to the program to add unlisted ornaments now and reconcile them with next years update? Thanks.

You can add items manually by going to the blue Ornament Details screen, and clicking on the NEW button. This will give you a blank form that you can fill in.

If you are careful to use the same format for the box number, when the item is added in the update, all related information (photos, prices, etc.) will be added.

I could not find last year's Mayor's ornament in the program. Am I missing it? Or will it be in the 2008 update?

The 2008 Mayor's has just been pictured on the KC Crown Center website.

The 2007 Mayor's ornament will be in the 2008 update, along with the 2008.

Going through my ornaments as I pack them away, I came acrpss one not listed on the data base - Old World Santa QXM5695. It originally sold for $3.00. Hope you can add it to the 2010 update.

I did a search, just using the number QXM5695. Found it in there for 1989 and 1990.
If you searched using "Old World Santa" you would not find it, as it is listed as "Old-World Santa" (with a hyphen). If at first you don't find something, simplify your search. Computers are picky and if your search doesn't match the way it shows up in the data base, you might miss it. In searches, often less is more.

Usually not, because prices are obtained from secondary market dealers on the internet, and these items are seldom available from them.
