Tried to access an in-store catalog at my two closest Hallmark stores today, but no luck.

I went back through the posts and pieced together the limited-quanity ornaments for this year. Any corrections and filled in details would be most appreciated. Do we know the prices yet?

I do have one question: What is the ornament, A Bright Beginning? Also, do we know what the Register-To-Win prizes are for this year?

Thanks!

Lisa

The RTW prize orns are pictured on the Digital Dream Book site that Marc and Rex have done. They also have all the info on the limiteds, mystery, etc.

"A Bright Beginning" is the orn I call "Luxo Jr.". It's the desk lamp with the rubber ball orn. It was the first animated short put out by Pixar, hence the name, "A Bright Beginning". "Luxo Jr." is the name of the short, as well as the smaller of the 2 desk lamps featured in it.

If you haven't checked out the Digital Dream Book already, you really ought to! The guys have done a great job on this as always!!

Thanks for filling in the details!

I also appreciate Marc's contributions but personally feel it's important to maintain information here that's not included in the Dreambook for those who are not members of Digital Dreambook.

I have one more question...are the RTW ornaments The Angel's Star or Sharing Snowman related to any series or collection, official or unofficial?

Thanks! I'm trying to budget for this year!

The Angel's Star looks (to me at least) like the baby angel sleeping at the base on "A Candle of Peace". There was one in 2008 and another similar in 2009, but they were not continued, and I miss them.

"Sharing snowman" is a miniature--the "new miniature"--larger than the old miniatures....and it is pleasant..like many of the snowmen that have been "unofficial" for years. A smiling snowman with red and green hat, green neck scarf, holding a small blue package with a red heart on it.

Thanks Mary Lynn, I too really enjoyed Let It Shine, 2008 http://www.hookedonhallmark.com/2008-Let-It-Shine_p_29042.html and Candle of Peace, 2009 http://www.hookedonhallmark.com/2009-Candle-of-Peace_p_30495.html . Not sure if I still have them though because I couldn't fit them into any of my themes. I'll have to check.

Oh, so they can do a promotional price when they want to. This should have been the price for the continuity ornaments. $4.95 with any Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Purchase (regularly $9.95).

If they can take more than half of the price off of that one, they can take half the price off the smaller ones.

Sorry, but that's just frustrating. And they reused a design.

Thank you, Lisa. Looks like I'm safe for July. I was getting worried about Premiere and now I see I'm good to go until October.

Agreed! The price is just about double what it should be!

I have and do find a lot of information here on Yulelogg, however, after saying that, I find Marc's Digital Dream Book PRICELESS! He has constantly supplied new information and pictures to accompany the information, we otherwise would have taken longer to find out about, taking a huge amount of his own time, just for us.
I appreciate Yulelogg and Marc. Thank you to both. \:\)

Many thanks to TheBopper for posting the October limited quanity ornaments here. I've never quite figured out how to navigate the Hallmark website. The links are greatly appreciated.
