Thank you Nancy C. I ended up having to hire a computer Tech person to come to my House to transfer Yulelog onto my Ipad. He explained why I was having issues getting it onto my IPad. The directions left out a critical piece of information for me and my daughter to accomplish the task. Which, explained our confusion.
I'm glad to hear that you were able to get some help, and I'm sorry to hear that the help didn't come from Sean. I would strongly urge you EMail him to tell him how his instructions are incomplete. He can't fix problems he doesn't know about. I know that I welcome feedback like that so I encourage others to do the same.
