It is definitely adorable and worth the price! The paint job on mine is flawless. I'm still debating on if this is my favorite or if the Ugly Duckling one is. The details are great on those two. Pecos Bill is a great ornament too, especially considering the small details that had to be hand-painted. Mickey and the Beanstalk is probably my third favorite after the pigs/swan ornaments.

1st monthly series = zero skips
2nd monthly series = zero skips
Current monthly series = several skips + one I should have skipped but didn't, so 4 skips + 1 shoulda skipped
Seems many hung around for days and weeks and in some cases months before selling out so I must not be completely alone in being less than inclined to buy a few of the designs.
I've been buying about 3 each year from the monthly series. Now if they did a Disney Classics open book style series, I'd buy every one.

"The Lord is good to me, and so I thank the Lord!" Johnny Appleseed is up! https://www.disneystore.com/ornaments-se...429334/1000344/You can also now pre-order "Beauty and the Beast" on Blu ray! That popped up on Friday. Alas, the code you get for pre-ordering will run out the day before the Snow White ornament comes out. Drat.

Johnny Appleseed showed up a day early for me! Very nice, looks just like the picture. And I keep singing, "The Lord is good to me, and so I thank the Lord for giving me the things I need, the sun and rain and the appleseed. The Lord is good to me!"
Can't help it. Every time I think of "Melody Time," this is the first short that comes to mind, and it's the song I associate with the movie/short. Even though (spoiler alert) Johnny dies at the end, the entire short is just so filled with goodness, love, and hope and how one person can have a lasting effect on so many. It's beautiful. Wish they would do more stuff like this today.

I really like this one, but haven't ordered it. Low funds have halted my ordering it. Mostly because my Ornament Premiere list is larger then I thought it was going to be.

I really like the Americana ribbon decorating the base of the Casey ornament. If someone does a Fourth of July/American style tree, he would fit right in. Looks so, so good! I'm a sucker for bunting!

Snow White is up! I really like the detail on the back of this ornament as well. The rope for the water bucket is made of woven string.
