oh my...I didn't select any signing groups, seminars, or games. I was just trying to get registered. Now I'm worried and I just have to say, this years registration was by far the worst we've ever experienced. Not happy

Diane, Where did you see signing times closed?

Sandy

Earlier I was looking at my registration and saw that my email address was wrong. I called hallmark and they corrected it for me. I know it was in correct when I registered. Saw a post that people were saying the event people were changing them. I was worried, because I never got my email from hallmark. Now I know why. Getting one in 48 Hr. I hope

I mistyped my mom's EMail. I changed it and never got another EMail showing the correction. My sister-in-law made a change and never got a second EMail. Don't expect one unless they've made a change. You can go back in and print the information so you know it got changed.

I updated twice but only received the original email.

After seeing what a mess registration was I hope they tested the "Convention Badge" or have a backup plan

Thanks to your post, Diana, I was FINALLY able to get my husband registered. I had 2 calls to Hallmark and a rep call me, all with no success. On the second call, I told the rep about what you had to do. She didn't quite know what to do with that. So the ICT group called. After these 3 contacts, I decided to read you post more carefully and started playing with combinations until I got in. They didn't have a middle name for my husband, so used our last name as the middle name, too. So I did what you had to do and entered firstlast in the first name box and that did the trick.

Does anyone know what the "Paint Your Own" ornament is? Will there be a cost to do this?

Denise C It's a Gingerbread House. I'm not sure if there is a cost.

In the past you could buy the snowman once you got there to paint. At that time I think it was $9.95. I figure the gingerbread house will be $12.95, inflation.

I'm hoping it is included in cost.

2 years ago you had to buy the snowman in advance at registration.
