Hi, Can anyone tell me why Digitaldreambook no longer posts anything? I go look often, and it still shows March 27th for their last post. I always liked seeing what news and pictures they posted.

I've been assuming there isn't much to report since we have the Dreambook. Sneaks for 2020 are the next thing we'd really be seeing, and those don't start coming out until Comic Con in July.

Like Emma, I was wondering why there had been no updates on the Digitaldreambook website. I was looking at the "old site." I must have missed some announcement about the new Digitaldreambook website.

I was hoping that account info from the old site was carried over to the new site. But, unfortunately, it wasn't. So, I reregistered and now have access to the new site.

Yes, it is true, there is a new Digital Dreambook website.††The old site isnít abandoned, but doesnít receive as many updates as before.††The new site is rather ambitious, offering more than the old one did, and as such is still under construction.††

Iíve not made any announcements yet.††Iíve only been pointing a small group of people, over time, to the new site, which helped test it.††Everyone is welcome to use the new site, but please understand many features are still in progress.††

Due to ongoing issues with our OLD web host, itís unclear yet if we will be able to transfer the existing membership database to the new one.††In the meantime, please feel free to create a new profile on the new site.††I hope everyone enjoys the new site, itís been a lot of work, but also a lot of fun exploring new styles and abilities the old site wasnít capable of achieving.

I did not know there was a new site. Thanks for the link.
Does anyone know if we have to create a new account for this site or does our username and password from the old site work here? Thanks.

According to Marc's post above, you must create a new account. He is having problems with his old site and cannot currently transfer the registrations.

I believe that Marc didn't make a general announcement about his new website because he is still in the process of building it. Making many people aware of something like that can cause Marc to have to deal with requests, comments or complaints about things instead of adding new information/items and functionality. Some people don't understand that while some things are in place and working not everything is and their patience is non-existent so they have to interrupt the good work Marc is trying to do. Building the new website isn't Marc's full time job, so he doesn't have published schedules or commitments to when things will be up and working.

But you can see what good things Marc has done that he wasn't able to do on his old website, so we have something good to look forward to!
