It's not a mini, but it's much smaller then a regular size ornament. I guessing Hallmark is going to make smaller sized ornaments instead of jacking up the prices some more.

Like the old half gallon(64 oz) of ice cream is now 48 oz. for the same price or more then the half gallon.

With all the fun looking at the 2019 ornaments, I still ordered the two April KOC exclusives yesterday. I used $12 in Gold Crown Certs.

They would not let me use my gold crown certificates. They said they could not be used on club ornaments.
