I want to do a display with my CHRISTMAS WINDOWS series this year, and would love to get some ideas from fellow Yuleloggers. In previous years, all Iíve done is disperse them throughout the tree. They are cute that way, but just donít make an impact.

So, please share how you display your Christmas Windows series (or any other series)! Thanks.

I display my Christmas Windows series ornaments on my living room shelves that go from the floor to the top of the wall.
I do other series on the shelves like Father Christmas and others.
I have some pole trees that my husband made that I put on one Toy maker Santa's and other Santa ornaments, one pole tree has snow and ice ornaments like frosty Fun Decade and the Decade before that, also have one pole tree for Feliz Navidad.
Snowtop Lodge series I bought spice shelves that I put on top of my china cabinet not inside and put the series on the spice shelves.
I have a pink 3 foot tree that I put my Mary's Angels series on it and the tree they call candy cane.
Nostalgic Houses and Shops I put on the Kitchen counter by the living room and kitchen.
The cupcake series I put on two cake stands on the dining room table.

I like the spice shelf idea for displaying ornaments.

I have a light fixture over my dining room table that I'd like to hang ornaments from some day. I've seen pictures where people use loops of ribbon to hang the ornaments at different heights from the arms of the light fixture. My light fixture is shiny brass so I think it would look pretty. And for something like the Christmas Windows where you want to see both sides this would help you to do that also.

I've thought about setting up a village with the backs facing each other on a tabletop. I'd also like to put them on a tree with spinners so you could see both sides of these ornaments.

I put the Christmas Windows on a turntable display. I cut out a circle out of foam board that is larger than the turntable. Then made a little "town" on top with the windows facing the center, a tree in the center of the town with a little bench, brick road surrounding the tree that is between the hill in the center and the fronts of the windows, lined street lights through, and used white clay for snow here and there topped with flake snow. Then I can rotate the turntable to see all the insides.

Nancy, didn't you post pictures of your turntable years ago? That looked like a great "Christmas Village" idea.

I saw this on Pinterest. It might be modified for bigger cubby holes to accommodate the Christmas Windows ornaments. The ornaments could be hung on spinner hooks so both sides could be seen easily.

I put my Christmas windows series along my window sills and gird them with gold beaded garland and lights.

Many of the Christmas trees that we put up are based on ornament series/themes.

We have a Star Wars tree, Star Trek tree, a combo tree (A Christmas Story, Christmas Vacation, North Pole Tree Trimmers and Frosty Friends), and a Peanuts/Disney tree. We almost have enough Frosty Friends ornaments to do its own tree....maybe next year?

Our other 3 trees are:
- Cat ornaments (Hallmark, Carlton, Enesco, and other brands)
- a small 3 foot tree where we put miniatures
- our main 9 foot tree (no specific theme)

I had posted a series of photos I had taken several years ago of my lazy susan display. I used photobucket at the time, not sure if I can post from there any more. I'll see if I can find and repost.

Here is a series of pictures of my Christmas Village from 2013. I built it on Lazy Susan which was enlarged with a foam core board. The street lamps are battery operated, battery cases hidden under the board. As you turn you can see all of the houses, insides, outsides, side views too!
Time to update though, 6 more years worth, yikes!

I put mine around the base of one of my trees, at least when I did when I put them all yet. It's been a few years.

I put ours on our main Christmas tree, with our ornament rotation, they are on the tree every three years.

I used Karen's idea and combined it with another idea I had seen someplace for the Nostalgic houses. I designed and my husband built this for me a couple of years ago. We used a rotating tree stand for the base.

Wow! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this ideaóthe tiers are wonderful and the fact that it rotates takes it over the top! Plus, it is free standing. It looks like it lights up as well.

Thanks for posting the picture.
