There was a mistake made. All duplicate purchases were returned and we are evaluating inventory levels. If more become available, we will notify fans on PopMinded Instagram. We also have an allotment for New York Comic Con, so you will have a second chance to purchase in October.

I don't do Instagram, so could someone please let me know if more of the Imperial Probe Droid ornament become available.

This is the #1 ornament on my list this year.

I sort of keep an eye on it but unless you see it the second it's posted, if it even gets posted (which I doubt anything will), you have no shot. Star Wars fans are too tough an opponent!

If I see anything, I'll post it here though. Never know!

I am wondering how they determined duplicate purchases. Somebody was able to purchase more than 1 in the same checkout, or those that did multiple transactions. I ordered 2 Snapes, 1 each transaction, not reselling one for me and one for someone else. I have not heard anything yet but it would not be fair to me either if one of my orders got canceled.

Reply buried in the post on the Droid that "they hope to have an update tomorrow" on potentially putting more up for sale this weekend.

I know that people who ordered when the link went live early are getting notifications that it has shipped. I really do not see them putting anymore for sale during this event(SDCC), but that is just me.

Thank you for your patience as we took time to investigate what happened this week during Comic-Con@home and evaluate our inventory. We do have additional inventory of the Probe Droid that we will sell in conjunction to the recently announced Metaverse on August 13th. In addition, we are planning to run more inventory this fall to meet the overwhelming demands due to conventions moving online this year while keeping quantities limited to maintain the collectability of an exclusive. Stay tuned for specific announcements regarding time of release, and a direct link for purchase.

That would be great if they an easier way to purchase the Imperial Probe Droid.

This should not have been a event exclusive. Too popular for a small allotment.

I get that they have to make it special to drive up interest. If they made another Yoda sitting on a log (there are 3 or 4 of these already) for a Comic Con, no one would be interested. But I don't even care about it being exclusive or not, to be honest. I just want the ornament on my tree, because I'm a collector and I love Star Wars and Keepsakes. I have all but 2 of the Star Wars Keepsake ornaments that they've put out since 1996 (missing 2 CC exclusives (ironically) that are over $1000 each on eBay).

It can't be about making money for Hallmark since they only price them like most other Star Wars Keepsakes, otherwise they'd make more of them and sell then in the stores. So I don't get it either.

The Imperial Probe Droid is the number 1 ornament on my list this year. First time it was any kind of exclusive.
