What and when was the first Charter Membership ornament issued? I know that there was a special ornament (repaint of the 2006 Toymaker Santa) given to Charter members at the 2007 conventions.

"Carousel Reindeer" and "Wreath of Memories", were the first ornaments specifically designated as Charter Member ornaments. They were included in the 1987 Membership Kit. In 1991 Hallmark sent "Five Years Together"–a maroon acrylic ornament which celebrated the 5th year of the KOCC–to Charter Members. Due to it's shape and color, many refer to it as "The liver ornament."

I believe that in 1998 there was a charter member ornament issued. Hallmark sent a Christmas card to every KOC member, celebrating the 25th anniversary of Keepsakes. The charter members received a gold ornament and the other members got a silver ornament.

I believe the only difference between the 2007 Toymaker Santa that was given to the charter members at the events from the 2006 regular line ornament is that the 2007 version has Ken Crow's signature stamped on it.

eta: I forgot about these ornaments:
2009 event - gift included in charter member goody bags: Merry Home
2011 event - gift included in charter member goody bag: Mug O'Merry
2013 event - gift included in charter member goody bag: Whooo-Hooo For Charter Members
2015 event - gift included in charter member goody bag: Snow Much Fun!
2017 event - gift included in charter member goody bag: Celebrating Charter Members
2019 event - gift included in charter member goody bag: For a Royal Charter Member
