Ebay just announced it will increase its final value fees but no category will see greater than a 0.35% increase, and some optional listing upgrades will decrease. Total fees right now for collectibles is 10%. Add to that the fee charged by Paypal and selling on that platform is just about prohibitive unless you are a business. I don't most of us are a business.

My fees for selling are 12.9%, even before the new announcement. Fine jewelry is 15%.
