Way to go, Sis!! Here I thought I knew ALL about you, but I learned something new reading your story. I didn't know you have EVERY miniature ornament. That's quite an accomplishment! I think Hallmark made a very wise choice in proclaiming you "Collector of the Month", just wish they'd put some pictures with your story. And they should have mentioned your license plate too, after all, it's got to be one of a kind!

Well as usual when I go to Hallmark.com it is 'unavailable at this time'. They sure do have a lot of "downtime".

Well Sis - and Dee, the "no picture" was my fault. I wasn't around the computer in May and that is when Beth needed the picture to be able to attach it to the article. Ryan tried to send one for me about three times in answer to Beth's requests but something just wasn't working right.

Thanks for all the nice things you all said about the article. And thanks to Beth for being so patient. Oh, and I just simply fogot about my license plate.

Terri

Congratulations Terri as well. Hallmark couldn't have picked a truer collector as their collector of the month.

Actually, Cathy, it's a matter of perspective - a Grand Cat for a Grand Person.

This "Texas-sized" thing...I don't get it.

What's bigger in Texas than the other 49 states excepting it's residents' egos and land mass? Maybe Hallmark should call their larger ornaments "Texas-sized".

And Elaine, are you sure that "FE FE" is how Terri spells her kitty's name? Wouldn't it be spelled "FiFi"?
( Gee...maybe Terri's cat *is* actually named "FE FE" as to not confuse it with the stereotypical name given to many a French poodle)

Hey, isn't that enough!? I really don't know why we Texans act this way... I blame my parents!

Actually, I think you'd be very surprised at how she really spells that cat's name!

And now, in an attempt to get this post back "On Topic", here is a picture I thought I'd share of Terri. Hallmark cropped off the reindeer on the sleigh that Stephen built her, and I put them back on!

Here's Terri with Santa's sleigh

Here's the Snoopy version!

Now, I'm going to be a pain and say I thought Santa's sleigh would be red. But, I guess it does come in many versions like last year's Membership ornaments. That sleigh wasn't red. I guess I never expected a white one.

I remember you telling us at chat one night about the Snoopy version you did. Woodstock must be complaining about pulling that sled!

Still, it was very sweet of Stephen to make this for you.

Mark, I can't figure out if that cat is laughing or yawning or covering his mouth to burp! but it certainly changes the looks of the original picture.

Dee, I wanted a contrasting color (white) for the sleigh because Santa's suit is red and I was worried that it might all clash. Chats - chats - chats - what are those - ahhh yes I remember - the good old days!

Thanks Cathy for posting both pictures. What's a sleigh without something pulling it, right?

Terri
