Usually by now, there is a peep from Hallmark regarding convention dates, hotels, etc. in 2023? Does anyone have any information on this? Artist signings at retail stores apparently have gone by the wayside. Is the same going to be true for Hallmark Keepsake Convention?

My guess is they are waiting to see how COVID is going. I'm sure that's why there were no store signings this year. With the lead time they need to plan stuff, it's really hard to make these calls.

I'm hoping we get one.

I’m OK with regional events with several artists at each one as long as they are distributed throughout the USA. It is very expensive to attend in KC if you want to stay at the event hotels. The last one held there was way too crowded. Especially at the Westin trying to get to activities down a narrow hall. I was flat against the wall trying to avoid being run over. Maybe it would work in KC if there were two events to spread people out or use another location for the event since HM does not own either hotel now.

I think we'll hear about next years event sometime this fall.

I sure hope so.

Hallmark is not going to miss out on their 50th anniversary of Keepsakes event now that all that covid stuff is gone.
