1. In My Computer or Windows Explorer, click the file or folder you want to move.
2. On the Edit menu, click Cut.
3. Open the folder where you want to put the file or folder.
4. On the Edit menu, click Paste.
Macintosh
1. In the Finder, open both the folder that contains the file you want to move
and the folder where you want to place the file.
2. Click the file you want to move.
3. Drag it to the new folder.
